8Deep Vocational Training and Development, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) federally tax-exempt nonprofit with a mission to assist individuals in gaining skills to become independent, self-sustaining contractors, business owners and successful entrepreneurs. We provide participants with apprenticeships, internships, career placements, and mentorships. We believe that our programs are particularly impactful, as it addresses the needs of specific groups such as those transitioning from foster care into adulthood, single mothers, single fathers, and individuals re-entering the workforce.

At 8Deep Vocational Training and Development, Inc., we are dedicated to empowering individuals who have a string commitment to change the trajectory of their current financial path; who are seeking to sustain overall wealth. Our programs are designed to equip participants with sound knowledge, skills, and the tools needed to succeed in the marketplace as a business owner and/or entrepreneur.

We provide apprenticeships, internships, career placements, and mentorships through a strategic 3-year commitment. Our strategic partnerships have yielded us opportunities to offer skilled programs in the most lucrative industries ranging from corporate, white-collar to transportation. Every participant receives hands on training, skill development career placement and mentorship combines with a strategic vocational pathway towards business ownership and entrepreneurship.
